THE ARLENE FRANCIS CENTER
99 W. 6th ST
Santa Rosa, CA
Evil Comedy's sinister specialty is improv, but our live events feature many comedic forms, from stand-up and sketch to the occasional vaudeville act or battle rap. We've performed live, edgy entertainment in Santa Rosa since 2013. We're proud to serve as an open, artistic outlet for local actors and comedians.
Each and every week we welcome new members to our ranks, regardless of skill level or experience. Meetings are held Monday evenings from 7pm-9pm at the Arlene Francis Center and are open to any member of the public wishing to sit in as an audience, or participate with us on stage. A $5 donation is requested to help pay our rent. All attendees are asked to appear with a positive, respectful, team-oriented attitude.
For the More advanced evildoers
Thursday nights at the Arlene Francis Center, Evil gathers for our more advanced exercises. We work on character and relationship-based scenes and longform improv. We recommend newcomers get experience with the group on Mondays before attending these more in-depth sessions.
